Professional

I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Wright State University.

I came to Wright State in 1980 immediately after receiving my Ph.D. in Mathematics from University of Washington. My thesis was in Mathematical Physics on the subject of "Quantum Stochastic Processes", supervised by John Westwater. Soon after I developed an interest in Operator Algebras, and that has since been my field of research.

In recent years I have devoted 100%+ effort to the Calculus Laboratory Project and to Technology in Education.
