Personal Links

• Walter, my older son, completed a 27 month term in the Peace Corps, in  December 1999, having served on the island of Ometepe in Nicaragua.
• Daniel, my younger son, spent an academic quarter in Florence, Italy, and was a member of the team working on the Digital Michaelangelo Project, including the scanning of Michaelangelo's David.

• In July of 2002, I spent five weeks in Spain. Four of these were spent studying Spanish on a USAC supported Faculty International Development Award at the University of Alicante, Alicante.  The rest of the time was spent touring.  For pictures from this trip, see here.
